Biennial Consumer Bankruptcy Law Conference

I would just like to say a belated thank you to Chapter 13 Trustee Beverly Burden for the opportunity to speak at the 13th Biennial Consumer Bankruptcy Law Conference sponsored by the University of Kentucky Office of Continuing Legal Education that was held on March 24-25, 2016. It was my pleasure to speak on a panel focusing on ethics in bankruptcy with Chip Bowles of Bingham Greenebaum Doll, Assistant US Trustee John Daugherty and Tracy Hirsch of Guarino Sanders Hirsch Law Firm. This was an excellently run seminar and I would encourage any lawyer with an interest in bankruptcy law to consider attending this seminar when it is next held in 2018.
